Pedlow Skate Park celebrated its dedication ceremony on Saturday, February 17, 2001. It was the first skate park for the City of Los Angeles’ Department of Recreation and Parks. Hundreds of skaters enjoy this park on a daily and weekly basis. The skate park has a skate-at-your-own-risk policy. Protective equipment is mandated by law, and staff members recommend that skaters wear protective gear. A supply of helmets and pads are available at the skate park office.
- There is no entry fee.
- Skateboards and rollerblades are allowed in the Skate Park.
- No bicycles. No scooters.
- Helmets and pads should be worn by all skaters.
